"Called Boiler Rescue 247 Ltd to an issue with my boiler. After the initial call with Abdullah i was given a time slot for arrival. When he was on his way i was sent a message he was 30 mins away and then arrived promptly. I had to step out while he was working but i was messaged with pictures and a description of what repair was attempted and also what additional parts would be required. On the second visit as before communication was brilliant, arrived changed the part needed and also set up the boiler to run better. Overall had a great experience with Abdullah and would definitely recommend."

"Boiler rescue 247. Amazing. Actually is 247 too not just in the name. I had a bad leak on my Worcester boiler at 2am. My whole kitchen was flooded. I called Boiler Rescue 247 & they came out within 20 mins of the call & replaced the part. Got the boiler all dry & working. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely recommend & use again. Thank you!"

He explained that some new parts would be required and walked us through the process of claiming through our Boiler Insurance. The next day Abdullah returned punctually at the allotted time and repaired our boiler. He is great at explaining things about the boiler and his work is clean leaving no mess.
